Introduce the Search criteria, the organism or organisms to do the search and the output fields and then click the Submit button

Search criteria

Introduce the search criterion in mysql syntax (i.e. the name of the field to make the search, the operator "=", "like" ">", ... and the search criterion) or use the HELP ENGINE.

*(You must put in brackets expresion that have OR and AND at same time)
**EX: Strand = '+' and (Prediction='heg' or Length >300)     Ex: GeneName like 'dna%' or Synonym like 'dna%'

Organism's selection

Introduce a search criterion in mysql syntax for selecting an organism or a group of organisms (in mysql syntax) or select it from the list (multiple selections are allowed):

Ex: Name = 'Escherichia_coli_K12'
Ex: Name like 'Bacillus_licheniformis%'
